Reincarnated as a Sword. Itsuka Tenma no Kuro Usagi add permalink. Both of these anime contain slap stick panty humor, not to mention the animation has an experimental side to them and they also happen to have a simular feel.
Read recommendations by 9 more users. Young guy and unhinged loli 'magic girl'. Death isn't a problem in either series, as both leading males are immortal, therefore, this series is grizzily for the sake of it.
Both feature immortal main protagonists and vampires. Both are light hearted at first, but become more dark as the series progresses. Plus, both main guys are immortal, except Taito can only die so many times.
In both the main character dies in the first episode by being run over by a truck, and the rest of the series deals with the ramifications of that on the rest of the characters.
Both have girls with dark magic that gave a boy immortality. Both series contain the supernatural with the main protagonist being the center of it all.
The main character are also considered "immortal" after a certain incident. Of course, that brings in the romance between him and the main character.
Both series also contain a lot of comedy, fan-service, drama, and action. While Kore wa Zombie Desu ka? Still though, both series are titles that may spark your interest if you're interested in some fun entertainment.
The male lead is given immortality by a kind and introverted female lead. They are both a supernatural anime with super powerful female lead characters.
The leading male characters both happen to stumble upon the female leads and the girls both happen to save their lives. Later on something happens to both the female leads and the male leads along with their friends try to rescue them.
Rokujouma no Shinryakusha!? TV add permalink. Both have girls who end up living under the same roof as the main protagonist.
Lots of interesting characters who aren't annoying. The male leads aren't boring at all, and actually have a personality.
Both seem comedies at first glance but instead, have a proper albeit underlying main plot. If you enjoyed Kore wa Zombie desu ka then you are gonna love Rokujouma as well.
This show has a guy who also unintentionally attracts a harem of supernatural girls, who also end up living with him, and largely follows their daily lives.
They also share similar comedic and ecchi elements, though fortunately the main guy isn't subjected to wearing a girly outfit in this show.
Both shows have a main character and a variety of girls living under the same roof, but what makes the two even more similar is that they both have a lot of interesting characters.
Although there are romantic thoughts in each show, each could easily stand without them. The characters are just fun to watch.
Both are supernatural comedies where guy randomly meets bunch of weird supernatural girls. Both anime have pervereted parts.
Both have a wide variety of girls that muck up the mc's life hilariously. Similarities Both are harem genre Both male protagonist has a roster of supernatural women in their harem the main similarity is both series have a magical girl Both male protagonist living alone and suddenly their home is invaded by women male protagonist have supernatural powers though how they obtained it is different both are set in highschool Difference: Rokujouma no Shinryakusha lacks the dere factor almost every girl is kind to him no abuse Rokujouma no Shinryakusha has no blood and gore Rokujouma no Shinryakusha has a balanced harem where each girl has Rokujouma no Shinryakusha has ghost girl, Kore Wa Zombie Desu Ka has a vampire ninja.
Both are harem comedies in which the male lead has multiple girls of different personalities and origins living with him under the same roof many of them uninvited no less.
Each show does a good job being more light-hearted in its character interactions instead of the typical ecchi comedy that overuses "misunderstandings" and fan-service.
Both shows are also kind of parodies in their own way, as Kore wa Zombie Desu Ka? The main characters aren't too much alike, but the girls from both shows mirror each other really well.
In particular, Haruna from Zombie and Sanae from Rokujouma are almost perfect copies of each other. Both have girls living in the same place with the protagonist and the girls are not humans at all.
I mean, in Kore wa zombie you've a necromancer from the hell, a magical girl, vampires ninja, etc. And in Rokujouma, you have also a magical girl, a ghost, a princess from another world and a woman from the depths of the earth.
Both are good animes, it's worth, watch it. Sora no Otoshimono add permalink. A guy's peaceful life being turned upside down when girls from a different world come to him.
Some action here and there. Neat animation. Personally liked Sora no Otoshimono more, though. Read recommendations by 8 more users.
The similarity in these two are just the weird sense of humor and randomness they both radiate of. They're both very entertaining to watch, especially the fact that they both actually HAVE a good storyline, which sometimes, is a bit interrupted or really strange.
I really recommend both animes because they're just a good use of your anime time ;. Oh, and did I mention fanservice in both of them?
Sora no Otoshimono and Kore wa Zombie Desu ka are both supernatural ecchi comedy series with good actions scenes. The latter uses less ecchi and has more fights, while the former places a greater emphasis on humour and less on action.
They're both fairly similar though. A highschool boy dreaming of a normal life sees weird girls with weird powers litterally falling from the sky before him, one by one.
The two series have the same kind of humour completely random , but Sora no Otoshimono is way more ecchi. You can sometimes see the ghost of a plot behind the two stories but most of the episodes are just a succession of random uplifting events.
Both contain ecchi and comedy and are over the top. Both are super hilarious and should be a must watch from any comedy lover!
Both have a male main protagonist in highschool, and both animes have a multitude of girls with magical powers. I watched both shows at the same time and both are pretty similar.
Angel Beats! They give out the same feeling. They both have really good somewhat crazy humor moments, and touching moments, too, while the overall plot is poor and one can hardly speak about the whole anime story development.
And it'll be fair to say those moments are nice to your eyes. And yeah, as it was already mentioned in other recommendations, both these anime play with the undead theme.
Read recommendations by 6 more users. The main hero can't die and we have a bloody humour in both shows.
They both have main who cannot die easy way. Some plot, lots of blood, reviving characters, and comedy in all wrapped in to one show!
Both poke fun at generic anime. Wacky and crazy gags, but don't let that deceive you, both have a good underlying plots with serious moments.
While Angel Beats is no doubt more serious, both shows contain undead characters getting repeatedly butchered for jokes. The amounts of laughter that both series tries to engineer is something to take notice if you plan on watching both series.
And yes, that means comedy and entertainment. Of course, both series contain supernatural elements done in a fun way as well as drama.
There are also seriousness in both series mixed in with the characters. And speaking of characters, both MC are technically "dead" for different reasons.
It is from this point in that he makes interactions with other characters. All in all, if you're looking for a series with hilarious comedy but also has touching drama at different degrees, then these two anime s are something to keep an eye on.
Date A Live add permalink. Harems with very likeable characters, fantastic humor, wonderful voice acting, and generous fanservice.
Read recommendations by 5 more users. Both are harems in which the main protagonist has a special ability, and has to deal whit strong inhuman girls.
Also both series have very good comedy, but can get serious when the situation requires it. Main male protagonist has to deal with cute but unusual girls.
Both anime are also combinations of comedy, romance, action, and mild ecchi. Both animes are also combinations of comedy, romance, action and mild ecchi.
Both have a really terribly bad—but still for some reason kind of exciting—story. Both have the same harem content every girl falls somehow for the main—well almost every.
Both are ecchi and have very similar action content. In Kore wa Zombie, it's fantasy-action and in Date a Live, it's sci-fi-action, but both have a very similar action style.
Both have excellent animation and artwork. Both have the same humor—a really stupid but damn funny humor!
Both have these situations where you don't know whether you should be laughing or crying; these situations happen even when the lowest trash gets the most awesome thing in the world!
They are both extremely cheap but still extremely entertaining! Strong and powerful girls. The girls are staying at the boy's home.
Powerful enemies. Slight romance. Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! Which acquires magical abilities. Is involved in various situations, with monsters from his world, attracted by power.
But in the long run he is feeling an appreciation for them. Two comic series par excellence, which usually use fanservice and a humor even in their battles.
Both series feature the main character surrounded by women with different quirks. You can expect the MC to be the butt of many jokes, and the humour in both series is a delight and well constructed.
One major aspect that makes KonoSuba so appealing is that it takes several light novel tropes and cliches and just dicks around with them; it just has fun with them.
And that's exactly what "Kore wa Zombie Desu ka? Both series are aware of these facets and use them to their advantage.
You may also find aspects of their premises to be similar i. Both are parodies of over-saturated genres executed profoundly by Studio Deen with some of the best comedic writing I have ever witnessed in an anime.
Both Konosuba and Is this A Zombie? Both anime also parody their genres Konosuba parodying another world and Zombie?
Funny protagonist who was given the possibility to start again after his death by the help of a weird powerful girl. One was brought to another world while the other became a zombie.
He gets often humiliated and have to do his job with a group of dumbasses to help him. Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan add permalink.
I was immediately reminded of Dokuro-chan. Both male characters get brutally beat up by innocent looking girls and tons of crazy and funny things happen :.
Read recommendations by 4 more users. Young guy stuck with a 'magic girl'. Seeing as death isn't the end for the leading males down to immortality or ressurection , the series is gory simply for the sake of being gory.
Bokusatsu Tenshi' is just a short comedy; it doesn't attempt to get serious, whilst 'Zombie' features a somewhat comedic, serious story.
Three way reccomendation. It mostly reminds me of Dokuro-chan actually at some moment I was expecting Pipirupiru with pink chainsaw.
Oh, and ending specifically reminds of Dokuro. Much of the comedy comes from how much the protagonist can get mangled and abused before he's put back together again.
These two shows are a couple of gems. They are two of my favorite animes of all time, simply because they are the only shows that actually had me rolling on the floor laughing.
And I can tell you firsthand, thats not something that happens often. They simply can't be beat in terms of shows that make you laugh.
Some could say they beat even american comedy sitcoms. Personally, I enjoyed them even more then Family Guy or South Park, both of which I've seen every episode, and I laughed harder in the 4 episodes of Dokuro-Chan then in all the episodes of any season of Family Guy combined.
Anyway, They're both hilarious shows with small, almost unnoticeable love stories embedded deep within them, and they both include supernatural entities for characters.
In each, the main character gets the hell beat out of him and he is killed frequently, and they both have ecchi aspects to them.
More so in Is This A Zombie? Finally, both shows also include a tsundere heroin, whom the main protagonist is often killed by. All in all, both shows are glimmering gold in my eyes and both are highly recommended.
If you liked one, you're sure to like the other. Highschool of the Dead add permalink. Both ecchi. Both are about zombies.
In this case, the main character is a zombie and his party is composed of other super-powered characters. However, one is heavier on the ecchi and gore while the other is more light hearted and random.
The atmosphere these 2 gives is completely different. They both feature the frightening undead except the protagonist in Kore wa Zombie Desu ka?
They also take place in a world where the characters never thought they'd up end in and it's packed with action, comedy, and fan service.
Ecchi is the biggest selling point in both anime so if beautiful, big-breasted anime women are something you cherish in life I do then you should find enjoyment in both series.
Sankarea add permalink. Both series involve around romantic comedy and the whole undead theme.
Both male protagonists seems to have an indifferent attitude towards life but seems to later change through chance encounters with other various characters.
Both series contains light hearted comedy and some fan-service to spice things up. If you like the kinda idea where the main character is a human looking zombie then you should check out Sankarea, Sankarea is the same in a way but is way better Both shows have protagonist that are zombies, and try to act human.
Both have similar genres. One episode can be comedic, while another episode can be tragic and emotional. Ecchi greatness.
Protagonist are same zombie lol haha. Both deal with one of the MC's becoming a zombie and dealing with life. Is this a Zombie is more action based while Sankarea is more life based.
Both have at least a bit of romance in it while Sankarea focuses on it more. Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu add permalink. Characters who have special powers are living a normal life.
Read recommendations by 3 more users. The protagonist wants a nice quiet life while dealing with girls of various supernatural origins.
Just like it. Seitokai no Ichizon add permalink. Similar comedy, characters and harem. Both take place at school, but KoreZombie has more scenes out there and also supernatural things.
Ken and Ayumu organically switch between the boke role and the tsukkomi role, depending on the situation or who they are interacting with.
Too many girls and one boy haha suffering of course. Both have similar art styles and character designs Is This A Zombie? It does in Seitokai, but barely.
Both have badass MCs. Though in very different ways Both are absolutely hilarious. For a good cause.
Toaru Majutsu no Index add permalink. The main protagonist of Kore wa Zombie Desu ka? The main characters both end up with a harem, have some form of ability to absorb magic, and are both "average guys".
The first female characters introduced in each series also have incredible magic powers, but are unable to use them unless the situation is dire.
They also have some parallels in appearance. Oh, and the fanservice quotient for both is through the roof. Both Kore wa Zombie Desu ka?
The main character in each of the series is abused for either who he is or for what he does but is dependable when the time calls and will always fight for what they think is right.
Along their journey continues they overcome problems and gain new allies in the process. I'll admit this may seem like an odd recommendation, but if you look closely you'll see how similar they are.
They also attract the feelings of multiple girls in the series. Amagi Brilliant Park add permalink. Both involve a male character being threatened or even killed on a first date.
Thereafter, these characters begin cohabiting with magical individuals and saving the world. Both male characters gain magical powers.
Read recommendations by 2 more users. I'm sure people are going to look at this like "dude, what? Both of these animes were incredibly funny, at least to me anyways.
ABP was by far and away one of the funniest shows I've sat down and watched in a long time. There were several instances when I was in tears I was laughing so hard.
If you're feeling down, or just want to sit back and relax and enjoy yourself one of these is definitely the way to go.
Neither plot is incredibly complicated to follow so it'll be easy just to enjoy yourself. I definitely did. Probably not worded very well, but I never was good at this sort of thing and this is a first for me lol.
Regardless I thoroughly enjoyed both series and I hope this helps someone else enjoy them as well. They both are good comedies, the lead cares mainly about himself, and boobs.
Hataraku Maou-sama! There is also far more to the characters in both anime than first meets the eye. Both are comedies, with good fight scenes, with a story that at first seems to be serious, but it changes its course towards something comical and very entertaining.
Harem, Ecchi. I really recommend 'kore wa zombie' for you who like or love to watch 'hataraku'. Basicly Sadao and Ayumu have not a really specific similarity, at least they not a human.
Hataraku is a top class demon, yup he is Satan, King of all Demon, and ayumu? But i really enthusiast both this this anime.
